OrdersMerling, Inc. receives orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we only process orders during normal business hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Merling, Inc. is closed weekends or major holidays.Orders received before noon (EST) will usually be processed and shipped on that same business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (EST) are normally processed and shipped the next business day. Any orders received after 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Fridays are normally processed and shipped the following Monday.Your order may be delayed if additional shipping information is required, or the billing information provided for your card does not match the billing information provided by your bank. A Customer Service Representative will contact you by email within 24 business hours if your order is delayed for any reason. The Merling, Inc. website is a fully functional website with Customer Service integration for sales order processing and inventory management. Once an order is submitted to the Merling, Inc. website, the inventory is committed to that order. However, the sale is not considered complete and final until the order is fulfilled and billed by Merling, Inc. It is our policy not to bill an order unless the item(s) are verified in stock and ready to be shipped.Once the customer submits an order, the customer will receive an email notification verifying the order submission to Merling, Inc. The email will include a hyper-link allowing the customer to track the progress of an order; an order confirmation, and the item(s) purchased. A second email will be sent to the customer when the order is fulfilled and billed and will include a final invoice for the item(s) purchased. Item AvailabilityUnfortunately there may be occurrences when the website shows items are in stock when Blanket Depot is out of stock for that item. Merling, Inc. continues to strive towards 100% inventory accuracy on the website, but can not guarantee an item is in stock even though the sales order shows inventory is available. It is Merling, Inc. policy not to charge the customer’s credit card for payment until the item(s) are verified in stock and available to ship.Price/Image DiscrepanciesMerling, Inc. takes many precautions to ensure accurate pricing and accurate images. However, there may be situations in which Merling, Inc. displays a product with incorrect pricing, or displays an incorrect image for a specific product. Once Merling, Inc. is aware of an incorrect price and/or incorrect image, it is corrected and the customer is notified immediately by email. The customer will have the option to accept or decline the item. Payment MethodsMerling, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and cashiers checks as methods of payment for your order. Merling, Inc. cannot guarantee items will be available for purchase until the money order or cashiers check is received and deposited by Merling, Inc..In order to protect the customer from the risk of credit card fraud, Merling, Inc. will verify all billing information with the issuing bank, and confirm the shipping address. Merling, Inc. requires a telephone number and email address in order to contact you if there is a question or problem with your order.The customer order will be fulfilled and billed only when Merling, Inc. deems the credit card information accurate.
